- Unused services by passengers are NOT refundable.
- Any change of name/date/time/itinerary/cancellation and/or modification of your package incurs additional charges subject to the conditions of each service. Cancellations and refunds DO NOT APPLY. In extreme cases, such as illness or death, cancellations and refunds are subject to the conditions of the purchased fare or service, as well as the reservation policies of the third party providing the service.Unused services by the passenger ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
