Passengers are responsible for their immigration status; therefore, they must have valid official identification, passport, visa, vaccinations, etc., at the time of presenting themselves at the hotel/flight/cruise/tour package requested. Passengers must present the documents provided by the travel agency when redeeming the requested services.
In case of strikes, war, unrest, natural disasters, and/or inability of the airline/ground transportation/cruise company to provide the reserved service, the operator’s sole responsibility will be to provide guidance, support, and assistance to the passenger.
Refunds, service reconfirmations, and specific issues depend on each case and the restrictions of the purchased package.
All passengers are subject to the decisions of immigration authorities in each country; therefore, the operator assumes no responsibility for the consequences of actions taken by such entities.
